Kurokami (516m above sea level), which has been known as a sacred place since ancient times, has been selected as one of the “100 Best Water Source Forests” and is home to thousands of species of plants, including the precious Kaneko Fern, which has been designated as a natural monument.

The toji and other brewers are committed to contributing to the development of Japan's traditional sake culture through sake brewing, while also honing their skills as artisans and cherishing the thoughts of the producers that are contained in each grain of rice and barley. Even now, they are working to create sake that will be loved for a long time to come, using traditional techniques and new ideas.
